The Triangle Tube Prestige family of radiant heat boilers offers all the benefits of the new generation of high-efficiency, modulating, condensing boilers along with easy installation, low maintenance and high reliability for efficient radiant floor heating. With models rated at 110, 175 and 250 KBTU input, the Prestige boiler family covers a broad range of heat load requirements. When paired with an indirect water tank, our Prestige boilers can heat your house and provide all the domestic hot water you will need.
Compact, condensing, modulating
Prestige boilers are designed to be wall-mounted, reducing space requirements and improving access for installation and maintenance. Purchased as part of a complete package from Hannel Radiant Direct, the boiler comes with a pre-fabricated plumbing “trim kit”. Installation in the field does not require copper sweating. All fittings are compression or threaded.
Condensing boilers like the Prestige trap and recover heat from the exhaust that would otherwise be lost up the chimney. While traditional radiant heat boilers operate in the 80% efficiency range, the Prestige line has an AFUE rating of 93%. The higher efficiency means lower fuel consumption/cost. It also means a more efficient radiant floor heating system and lower exhaust temperature. The Prestige boilers do not require expensive stainless steel venting pipe in a chimney through the roof. Instead they can be vented with ABS or PVC directly through a side wall.
Depending on the model, the Triangle Tube Prestige burner system modulates its burn rate to 30% or less of the maximum input rating. So, a Prestige Solo 110 natural gas boiler will range between 30MBH and 110MBH. By matching the burn rate to only what is required to satisfy the heat load, fuel consumption is greatly reduced versus traditional boilers that burn either on or off.
Triangle Tube Prestige boilers also reduce fuel consumption via their outdoor reset feature. While measuring temperature changes outside, the boiler automatically adjusts the target water temperature coming out of the boiler to maximize efficiency.
It’s the heat exchanger!
Most of the other condensing boilers on the market use the same heat exchanger design. The Prestige heat exchanger is unique.

Not a Boiler-in-a-Box
All boilers require a plumbing “trim kit” to insure proper flow to and from the boiler. With a complete RadiantDirect heating system you get more than a “boiler-in-a-box”. We custom-build each trim kit to integrate the boiler with the rest of your system. That means no copper sweating at the job site. All connections are via compression or threaded fittings.
While we do as much as possible here in our shop to minimize the time and complexity of installation at your job site, Triangle Tube’s warranty requires that an “experienced and qualified heating mechanic” complete the installation. Prior to purchase you should identify someone who can make the gas hookups, fire off the boiler, perform combustion analysis and make necessary adjustments.
