Hannel Enterprises will accept product returns within 30 days of delivery, if the product is returned in new condition in the original packaging.  Please contact us before returning any products.  We cannot accept product returns after 30 days from delivery date or returns that have not been preapproved.

Refunds are granted assuming the terms of the above product return policy are met.  The amount refunded will be the amount paid, net of shipping costs (in both directions) and a 20% restocking fee.
