Board Mounted Manifolds
Our custom built manifolds are a customer favorite. We build two types of manifold assemblies. A multi-zone brass manifold and a single-zone copper manifold. They are built-to-order depending on the number of loops required. The supplied 3-speed pump can be set to match the flow requirements of a wide range of systems. Depending on whether the system is open or closed a stainless steel or cast iron pump is supplied.
Each unit comes with radiant heat manifold sections, pump, and controls on a piece of 3/4" melamine. We Pre-Assemble, Pre-Plumb and Pre-Wire the radiant heat manifold and controls - test for pressure and electrical - then shrink wrap and box it for shipment. This option can save hours of time. Plus it makes a very good looking assembly.
You simply hang the radiant floor heating manifold board on the wall beside the heater, connect to the heater with PEX (or copper if you prefer), attach your PEX heating loops and thermostat wires, fill with water and plug in.
All of our radiant floor heating manifold & control packages come with the control panel and the pump wired with plug-in cords attached. This allows you to plug the radiant heating system into a small generator during power outages plus it allows you to replace the circulating pump without rewiring. In case of a control panel or zone valve failure the pump can be plugged into the wall to bypass the controls.
These radiant floor heating manifolds are self-purging and the insert/compression style fittings require no special tools for making your connections.
